1.    莫彼得先生,PMI(项目管理协会)董事会主席 | Mr. Peter Monkhouse, Chair of PMI Board of Directors
 
 
 
莫彼得先生,2012PMI董事会主席,工学学士,MBA,认证工程师,PMP。他来自加拿大多伦多,从1996年加入PMI会员至今。莫彼得先生在2009年当选为PMI董事,在2010年担任过董事会财务秘书和绩效委员会主席,在2011年担任副主席。莫彼得先生曾任PMI南安大略省分会主席。此分会成员超过4000名,是PMI最大的分会之一。在担任分会主席期间,南安大略省分会荣获“PMI年度分会称号。另外,莫彼得先生还担任过会员顾问委员会成员,包括社区发展顾问委员会、领导力学院顾问委员会。此外,莫彼得先生曾任社区转型项目行动小组成员之一。此小组共有17名成员。
 
莫彼得先生是瑞尔森大学G.雷蒙德.张继续教育学院的运营协调和服务总监。他负责管理运营部门的40名员工,执行战略项目,专注于学院的流程改进,以支持超过70,000名在校学生和超过1000名兼职讲师。
 
在莫彼得先生的职业生涯中,他拥有超过30年的项目和领导经验。他在跨国机构的咨询、工程、信息技术和组织变革领域领导着项目和项目经理,发挥了积极作用。近期,他成功地指导分布在六大洲的许多项目经理,并与他们一起工作。
 
在担任总监之前,莫彼得先生在瑞尔森大学G.雷蒙德.张继续教育学院担任工程、建筑和科学领域的项目集总监。他负责超过12种继续教育认证和许多其他的继续教育课程。每年课程门类为250种,招生总数为4600人,年收入为3,000,000加元。在他的领导下,2007年,瑞尔森大学项目管理证书课程获得PMI学术领域年度专业发展课程大奖。

Mr. Peter Monkhouse, BSc (Eng), MBA, PEng, PMP, Director, Chair, 2012 PMI Board of Directors. 
 
Mr. Peter Monkhouse, from Toronto, Canada, is the Chair of the 2012 PMI Board of Directors and has been a member of PMI since 1996. Mr. Monkhouse was elected to the Board of Directors in 2009 and served as Secretary/Treasurer and POC Chair in 2010 and Vice Chair in 2011. Mr. Monkhouse is past president of the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter; with over 4,000 members, it is one of PMI’s largest chapters. In 2005, while serving as President, the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter was recognized as “PMI Chapter of the Year.” In addition, Mr. Monkhouse has served on a number of Member Advisory Groups (MAGs), including the Community Development MAG, Community Services MAG and the Leadership Institute Advisory Group. In addition, Mr. Monkhouse was one of 17 members on the Community Transformation Project Action Team.
 
Mr. Monkhouse is Director of Operational Coordination and Services at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University. In this role, Mr. Monkhouse is responsible for a staff of 40 that performs a number of the operations' functions and implements strategic projects, focusing on process improvement within The Chang School to support over 70,000 enrolled students and over 1,000 part-time instructors.
 
Mr. Monkhouse’s career is built on over 30 years of project and leadership experience. Throughout his career, Mr. Monkhouse has actively led projects and project managers in the areas of consulting, engineering, information technology and organizational change for multinational organizations. In a recent role, Mr. Monkhouse has successfully coached, mentored and worked with project managers across six continents.
 
Prior to taking the role of Director, Mr. Monkhouse was the Program Director, Engineering, Architecture, and Science at The Chang School of Continuing Education, Ryerson University. In this role, Mr. Monkhouse was responsible for over 12 continuing education certificates and a number of other continuing education courses with 4,600 enrollments of 250 annually for total revenues of $3,000,000CAD. Under Mr. Monkhouse’s leadership, the Project Management Certificate Program at Ryerson University was recognized by PMI in 2007 with the Professional Development Provider of the Year Award – Academic Category.
 
In the fall of 2007, Mr. Monkhouse assumed the position of Chair of the Canadian Mirror Committee for the ISO PC236. In this role, Mr. Monkhouse is actively working with the Canadian members and other representatives to develop the new ISO 21500 Project Management Standard. Mr. Monkhouse received his BSc (Engineering) from Queen’s University and his MBA from the University of Toronto. He obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP)® in 1999, and in May 2008 he graduated from PMI’s Leadership Institute Masters Class.
 
 




 

2.    陈永涛先生,PMI (中国) 董事总经理 | Mr. Bob (Yong Tao) Chen, Managing Director of PMI (China)
   
 
陈永涛先生现担任PMI(中国)董事总经理,全面负责PMI在中国大陆的业务以及香港和台湾地区(大中华区)的企业客户市场。陈永涛先生于2009年初加入PMI。此前,他曾任甲骨文公司(Oracle)大中华区政府,教育和医疗(GEH)业务发展总经理,负责甲骨文GEH业务在中国大陆、香港和台湾的发展。在任职甲骨文之前,陈永涛先生曾分别在富士施乐公司(Fuji Xerox)和摩托罗拉公司(Motorola)任职7年和9年,担任公司多个高级领导职务。陈永涛先生的职业生涯始于在铁道部担任工程师/项目经理。在职业生涯中,他通过与包括教育部和人事部在内的各个中央政府部门及行业的合作,积累了丰富的项目管理和团队领导工作经验,取得了卓越的成就。
 
陈永涛先生早年毕业于北京交通大学,获得电气工程学士学位,后就读于美国城市大学,获得市场MBA学位。
 
 
Bob (Yong Tao) Chen, Managing Director of PMI (China), leads PMI overall businesses in the mainland and the organization market of HK and Taiwan region of China. Bob joined PMI in early 2009. Immediately prior to joining PMI, Bob worked for Oracle – Greater China where he was the General Manager, Business Development (Greater China) in the Government, Education and Healthcare. In this role, Bob was responsible for developing Oracles GEH business in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Prior to Oracle, Bob worked in Fuji Xerox (7 Years) and Motorola (9 Years) in several senior Leadership positions. Bob began his career with the Ministry of Railways as an Engineer / Project Manager. Throughout his career, Bob has developed extensive project management and team leadership working experiences and excellent results in working with the various Central Government Ministries and industries including Ministry of Education and Ministry of Personnel.

Bob holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Communications University and an MBA in Marketing from City University in USA.
 


 

 

 
4. 张克慧女士,神华集团财务总监 | Ms. Zhang Kehui, Shenhua Group CFO

 张克慧,河北景县人,中国神华能源股份有限公司财务总监,中国注册会计师,澳大利亚资深注册会计师,经济研究员,国务院学位委员会会计专业研究生教育指导委员会委员,全国风险管理标准化技术委员会委员,财政部企业内部控制标准委员会咨询专家,财政部会计信息化委员会咨询专家,中央财经大学客座教授。
 
张克慧女士1994年进入神华集团参与集团的组建工作;2004年,全程参与神华集团的重组上市工作;20071月,张克慧女士任中国神华能源股份公司财务总监,率领神华集团的上市团队成功实现了A股回归;自2009年起,张克慧女士还同时主持神华集团信息化建设工作。
 
张克慧女士曾先后获“2007年度中国杰出CFO”“2008年度中国CFO年度人物CIMA2011年度财界领袖奖、“2011中国经济女性年度发展人物等荣誉称号。
 
Ms. Zhang Kehui was born in Jingxian, Hebei Province. She is the Chief Financial Officer of Shenhua Group Corporation Limited, Certificated Public Accountant of China, Senior Certificated Public Accountant of Australia, economic researcher, Member of China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education Development Centre for Accountant Major, Member of National Technical Committee on Risk Management of Standardization Administration of China, Advisory Consultant of Corporate Internal Governance Standard Committee of the Ministry of Finance, Advisory Consultant of China Accounting Informationization Committee, and Guest Professor of Central University of Finance and Economics.
 
Ms. Zhang has joined Shenhua Group and its formation in 1994. In 2004, she fully participated the reorganization and listing of Shenhua Group. Since January 2007, Ms. Zhang Kehui has become the CFO of Shenhua Group and has led the listing team successfully to return to the A Shares. From 2009, Ms. Zhang Kehui also presides the work of Shenhua Information construction.
 
Throughout years, Ms. Zhang has also received the following honors: China Top CFO Award of 2007, China Top Ten Outstanding CFO of 2008, CIMA Financial Leadership Award of 2011, China Economic Woman Annual People of 2011 and etc.
 


 


 

5.邵予工先生,中国石化股份公司工程部副主任,PMP | Mr. Shao Yugong , Vice President of Sinopec Engineering DepartmentPMP

 
 
邵予工,男,196212月出生,籍贯北京。管理学博士、教授级高级工程师,现任中国石化股份公司工程部副主任。大学毕业后,在中国石化北京设计院从事设计工作,曾任工艺室副主任、主任、工艺安装室主任、副院长、中国石化工程建设公司副总经理、中国石化集团公司工程建设管理部副主任、中国石化股份公司工程部副主任。从事项目管理十五年,曾兼任国家重点工程天津石化公司芳烃联合装置EPC总承包项目总经理,该项目获国家首届五个金钥匙奖之一,被授予建设部优秀项目经理;兼任伊朗炼油厂改扩建工程项目经理;负责过海南炼油、青岛炼油、赛科乙烯、扬巴乙烯、福建乙烯、天津乙烯、镇海乙烯等多个大型石化项目工程建设管理工作。被聘为建设部一级项目经理、建设部一级建造师,取得了PMP国际项目管理证书,2007年当选为中国建设监理协会副会长。
 
Shao Yugong, male, born in Beijing, China, Dec 1962, Vice President of Sinopec Engineering Department. Mr. Shao is a professor-level senior engineer with degree of Ph.D in management. Mr. Shao began his career in Sinopec Beijing Design Institute, once served as Deputy Director, and Director of Process Department; Director of Process & Piping Department; and Vice President of Beijing Design Institute. From 1999, he served as Vice President of Sinopec Engineering Incorporation; Vice President of Sinopec Engineering and Construction Management Department.
 
Mr. Shao has over 15 years of experience in project management, he successfully delivered Butane Complex of Tianjin Petrochemical Corp. as EPC Project Manager, which was awarded with one of the first five prizes of “Golden Key” as the national key project. Mr. Shao was awarded with title of Excellent Project Manager by Ministry of Construction, PRC.
 
Mr. Shao was once responsible for project management of Hainan Refinery, Tsingdao Refinery, Secco Ethylene, BASF-YPC Ethylene, Fujian Ethylene, Tianjin Ethylene, Zhenhai Ethylene.
 
Mr. Shao was level-1 project manager, level-1 construction manager certified by Ministry of Construction, PRC Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Shao was elected as Vice President of Construction Supervision Association of China.
 

   


 

  

 
6. 朱晓东先生,中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司副总经理 | Mr. Zhu Xiaodong, Vice President of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company
 

朱晓东先生现担任中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司副总经理,分管公司机械动力和工程建设方面工作。朱晓东先生2008年8月到镇海炼化任职,历任公司乙烯项目经理部生产准备部主任、公司副总工程师等职。此前,他曾在中国石化茂名石化公司等石化企业工作20年,先后担任多个层次的领导职务。朱晓东先生长期在国有企业担任领导职务,他精通石油化工工艺技术,熟谙企业管理理论,积累了丰富的企业管理和团队领导工作经验,尤其在公司100万吨/年乙烯项目建设和开工过程中,取得了卓越的成就。

 
朱晓东先生早年毕业于沈阳化工学院,获得化工设备与机械专业学士学位,后获化工设备与机械工程硕士学位。 
 
Mr. Zhu Xiaodong, Vice President of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company (hereinafter referred to as ZRCC), is responsible for machinery & power, and engineering construction management of ZRCC. Mr.Zhu served for ZRCC from August of 2008, and held management roles of Director of Production Preparation Department of Ethylene Project Manager Team, Deputy Chief Engineer of ZRCC respectively. Prior to ZRCC, Mr.Zhu had worked for Petrochemical Companies, including Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company, for twenty years in multi-peer management positions. Mr.Zhu is accomplished in petrochemical technology and familiar with enterprise management theory, and has developed extensive enterprise management and team leadership working experience through taking leading position of SOEs for many years. Especially during the construction and start-up of 1000 KTA ethylene project of ZRCC, Mr.Zhu made excellent achievement.
 
Mr.Zhu holds his BS in Chemical Equipment & Machinery from Shenyang Institute of Chemical Technology and Master of Engineering in Chemical Equipment & Machinery from Taiyuan University of Technology. 
 

 



 

 
7. 李文慧女士,神华集团信息管理部信息化建设处处长 | Ms. Li Wenhui, IT Management Department Manager of Shenhua Group

李文慧女士,北京大学管理学硕士毕业,现担任神华集团信息管理部信息化建设处处长,全面负责神华集团及所属45家二级子分公司信息化总体规划、年度计划与预算、信息化项目立项、信息化项目需求管理等工作。于2010年加入神华集团,此前,她曾在北京和利时信息技术有限公司、二十一世纪空间技术有限公司、浪潮集团软件公司分别任职5年、3年和12年,担任公司的中层及以上领导职务,并在国家质检总局、北京市政府多个电子政务项目中担任项目经理,取得了工信部高级项目经理资质认证。 
 
Ms. Li Wenhui, Master of Management, Graduated from Beijing University. Shenhua Group Co.Ltd. IT Management Department Manager, Mainly responsible for IT strategy planning, annual plan and budget, IT project’s proposal approval and business requirements management, etc. Ms. Li joined Shenhua in 2010. Immediately prior to joining Shenhua, She worked for Beijing Hollyinfo Co., Ltd. (5 Years), 21Century Aerospace Tech. Co., Ltd. (3 Years) and Inspur Software Co., Ltd. (12 Years) in several senior leadership positions. 杨宇红女士,英国伦敦政治经济学院硕士研究生毕业,现任中国农业银行总行电子银行部副总经理,负责电子银行多个渠道的建设和管理工作,具有多年金融行业IT项目管理经验。自加入农行以来,曾成功主持农业银行新一代门户网站、一体化客服中心等大型项目的建设实施,并在电子银行风险管理与合规经营方面具有突出贡献。

 

Ms. Yang Yuhong, postgraduate of London School of Economics, is currently Vice President of Electronic Bank Department, Agricultural Bank of China. She is responsible for the construction and management of electronic banking channels.  She has years of management experience in IT project of Financial Industry. Since worked for Agricultural Bank of China, she successfully presided over construction and implementation of large-scale projects of Agricultural Bank of China, such as next-generation portal, integrated call center.  She also had made outstanding contributions in electronic banking risk management and compliance operation.

蔡巍先生现任微软企业服务部大中华区卓越实施总监。蔡巍自2006年加入微软曾先后担任过中国区咨询服务部总监,尊荣服务中国总监和商务管控部北亚总监。1997年至2006年在加拿大服务于FIS(NYSE:FIS)旗下的eFunds Canada, 曾任职全球系统支持部经理和美国地区银行系统实施经理管理跨国团队。1994年至1997年在IBM任项目经理和咨询专业人员。蔡巍在2002年获PMP认证。1994年在国内获计算机专业硕士学位。

 

Victor (Wei) Cai is currently working for Microsoft as Greater China Delivery Excellence Director in Enterprise Services group, being responsible to land worldwide delivery excellence strategy and PMO function in Greater China. Since 2006, Victor served for Microsoft with different roles including China Premier Services director, Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) China Director as well as SBD North Asia lead. Before joining Microsoft, Victor worked in Canada for ten years from 1997 to 2006 as Solution Deployment Department manager and Customer Support Group manager with eFunds Canada (now FIS Global). Prior to that, Victor worked as project manager and consultant in IBM Global Services in China for three years since 1994. Victor received PMP designation in Canada in 2002. 10. 王海暾先生,华为技术有限公司全球技术服务部项目群管理办公室部长 | Mr. Dolph Wang, Head of Global Program Management Office, GTS (Global Technical Service) Dept. at Huawei Technologies, Co., Ltd.

 

 

王海暾先生是华为技术有限公司全球技术服务部项目群管理办公室部长,从事项目管理工作14, 在大型复杂项目管理、项目群管理、项目管理办公室运作等方面经验丰富。作为华为公司第一批海外工程项目经理, 曾在中东、欧洲、南美、非洲等地区主管多个大型通信工程项目交付(2003~2007),并作为部门总监负责华为中东北非地区部工程交付业务(2007~2008),作为华为全球技术服务部项目管理办公室部长负责全球网络部署业务(2008~2011),从2011年起,开始担任华为全球技术服务部项目群管理办公室部长,负责华为全球交付项目管理工作。

 

 

Mr. Dolph Wang is the Head of Global Program Management Office, GTS (Global Technical Service) Dept. at Huawei. He worked as a lot of key roles in project management area during the past 14 years. He is one of the first group of project managers who delivered large telecommunication engineering projects overseas  in Middle East, Europe, South America and Africa, etc. (2003~2007). He worked as Program Manager of Engineering Dept. in MENA (2007~2008), and Head of PMO, NRO BU/GTS (2008~2011), since 2011 he held the very important position to lead the Global Program Management Office.

Dr. Barry Hsiung is the founder of the Silicon Valley-based Project Solutions International Group (PSIG) and the president of Greater China, responsible for leading PSIG’s two subsidiaries (Taipei and Shanghai) to provide Project Management-related trainings and consulting service in this region. He joined  PMI® as a member in 1996, and served for Project Management Institute (PMI®) Taipei Taiwan chapter as the president for ten years (1999~2009).  Dr. Hsiung has over 20 year’s practical experience in project management, and has applied his PM knowledge, wisdom and those experiences to train more than 20,000 elites from private and government agencies in US, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and China during the past decade. He also teaches for the EMBA program of the National Central University, as well as an MBA program of Chaotung University in Taiwan. Dr. Hsiung is a well-known speaker at international project management conferences and forums. A columnist and author, he has written more than 200 articles and published three books, focusing on project management application and philosophy and brought PMI’s PMBOK® Guide to Taiwan by translating it into traditional Chinese for continuing 4 editions.  He was presented “Distinguished Contribution Award” form PMI® in 2005 to recognize his voluntary service dedicated to PMI society. Mr. Hsiung holds a Doctor of Science degree from The George Washington University, and he is the first PMP® in Taiwan.

Mr. Kevin Chui is the PMI Regional Mentor of North Asia covering Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong chapters, He is a well-known speaker in project management conferences across Asia, and his workshops and seminars have been well received by corporate and public audience alike. Kevin has more than 20 years of management experience at multi-nationals such as AT&T and Citibank. He is currently a full-time project management consultant, having delivered more than 200 courses to 5,000 participants from more than 50 corporations.

傅旭升博士是PMI台湾分会理事长,现任博旭科技顾问公司资深顾问、屹通信息科技(澳门)有限公司台湾地区代表、逢甲大学兼任助理教授,曾任高雄应用科技大学兼任讲师、中山大学兼任讲师等职,拥有丰富项目管理、系统工程、系统分析、需求分析等工作经验及项目管理教学经验,实际执行大型项目采购、计划与执行项目(预算超过上亿),并派驻美国洛克希德马丁公司担任项目经理,具备项目企划书与报告撰写能力,专长研究领域包括非线性最优化系统及控制、非线性适应控制及应用、水面船舰动力控制设计、项目管理、系统规划/任务规划/功能需求、品质管理及系统模拟与效益分析等,目前研究重点为机电整合运用于老人照护与健康照护、降低柴电汽车尾气排放污染等,曾发表国际学术期刊论文15篇及多篇著作、译作,拥有国立中山大学机电博士学位、美国海军研究院机械工程与美国加州大学应用数学双硕士学位、PMP认证。他是中文繁体《项目管理知识体系指南(PMBOK® Guide)》第四版的翻译者之一也是中文繁体《项目管理知识体系指南(第三版)建筑分册》的总编辑。

 

Currently he is Senior Consultant of IMS Technology & Consultant Inc., and work with HSIC group, Chen-Guan University, he is also serve as President of Project Management Institute, Taiwan Chapter, Assistant Professor of Feng Chia University, and consultant of Smart Clothing research projects and biosensing application for MP&C. Dr. Fu has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of project management, system engineering, system analysis, and requirement analysis. His academic research covers adaptive control, nonlinear control and dynamics, surface vessel control, project management, and functional analysis. He has been published more than 15 academic papers and other 40 articles on different journals. He earned his doctorate title from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and MSME from Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA, and Master of Applied Mathematics from University of California, San Diego, US. Dr. Fu is one of the translators of the Traditional Chinese PMBOK Guide 4th edition, and editor of the Traditional Chinese Construction Extension for PMBOK 3rd edition.

Mr. Kelvin will talk about the culture differences between HK and other major cities in China on project management and implementation -- special focus on outcome-based projects.

 

演讲者是一位具有丰富经验之项目专家。在200708年期间,他曾担任汇丰银行环球项目经理,成功地把整套数百万美元的学习系统推展至七十八个国家,协助银行提升三十三万名员工之技能。他目前在汇丰的主要职责是提升项目专业团队之整体实力,为他们作能力评估,发展切合公司发展方针之课程。他是一名实战型学者。他最近的研究报告有关项目经理的软实力发展,其贡献已被一个美国著名的论坛所肯定,并经已在主要的搜索引擎上发表。

Kelvin is an experienced project professional. He has been the global project manager in HSBC in 2007-2008 to rollout a multi-million USD learning project to 78 countries. In his current role, his main responsibilities are overseeing the project professionals upskilling, capability assessment and PM curriculum development for the company. He is a practitioning-scholar. His recent research paper about Soft Competence for Project Managers has been accepted by a renowned US forum and published on major search engines.

 

He is also a professional trainer. He has been training 4000+ project professionals in last 10 years coming from US, UK, Middle East, Asia Pacific regions on soft skills, methodologies and strategies. Recently, Kelvin, VP Certification of PMI HK, has been the pioneer in the world who acquired the new PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) qualification with the highest assessment results in all areas (tools, techniques, knowledge and skills).

邓先生在亚洲各国皆对策划和管理大型项目、以及对资讯科技部门的营运有相当丰富的经验,邓先生管理着由澳门远至澳洲的资讯外包服务。在現任职务之前,邓先生为澳门皇冠娱乐场的资讯部总监,带领建立资讯科技部门,并在澳门新濠天地娱乐场开幕筹备项目中担任关键角色,让娱乐场于2009年得以顺利闭幕。
 

 Mr. Albert Tang, Board member of Macau PMI Formation Committee. Albert has over 25 years of solid IT experience in infrastructure, information application, outsourcing services and supplier management. Before assuming the current role as Director of Business Services for Sociedade De Jogos De Macau, Albert was Director of IT, who built up the IT department for Crown Macau Casino and played a key role in building up IT capabilities for the opening of City of Dreams Casino, Macau in 2009.

 

Albert has vast experience in managing large-scale system integration projects and running IT outsourcing service business as well as managing offshore development teams in Australia. Albert also has rich experience in IT business operation in other Asian countries.

朴英珉先生,PMI韩国分会主席,Innovation Framework Technology Korea Ltd. 公司CEO。他拥有高丽大学企业管理学本科学位与阿拉斯加大学项目管理硕士学位。

 

20世纪80年代开始,朴英珉先生从中东建设工程开始了他的职业生涯,至今拥有超过30年的韩国国内及国际大型项目管理经验,涉及领域包括土木建筑、造船、重工类项目,以及IT/ISR&D/NPD 项目。

 

朴英珉先生一直致力于提升现代项目管理实践在韩国国内的认可度,并成立了韩国项目管理协会(KPMA),在20年间持续引领韩国项目管理的发展,并紧跟国际趋势,与国际项目管理组织保持沟通,如PMI、国际项目管理协会(IPMA)、日本项目管理学会(SPM)与项目管理日本协会(PMAJ)。

 

朴英珉先生于20世纪90年代中期将PMIPMP认证引入韩国,并成为《项目管理知识体系指南》(PMBOK® Guide)韩国版翻译鉴定委员会主席。朴先生曾为多个国际项目管理组织在世界各地演讲,例如PMI,国际项目管理论坛(GPMF), PMAJProMACSPM之双年度大会),项目管理南非协会(PMSA)与西班牙工程管理协会(CMAS)。他现任ISO21500 / PC236TC258标准委员会成员,参与项目、项目集与项目组合管理国际标准的制订。

 

朴英珉先生至今为不同行业及多所大学做了200多次项目管理培训,并曾受到电视(K-TV)、报纸及杂志等媒体的采访,进行项目管理相关的演讲。

 

2008年朴先生获得KPMA所颁发的项目管理年度大奖。

 

Mr. Young Min Park is President of Project Management Institute (PMI) South Korea Chapter, and CEO of Innovation Framework Technology Korea Ltd. He has BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Korea University and MS degree in Project Management from University of Alaska Anchorage.

 

 

Starting his career from joining Middle East Construction projects as a project engineer in early 1980’s, he has experienced domestic and international projects around 30+ years. He has various experiences in civil construction, shipbuilding and heavy industrial projects, IT/IS, and R&D/NPD projects.

 

He has been trying to upgrade social recognition of Modern Project Management Practice as a founding member of Korea Project Management Association. And for 20+ years, he has lead the Korea PM initiatives as based on the trend of international Project Management with international PM associations such as PMI, IPMA, SPM & PMAJ.

 

He introduced PMI’s PMP certification to Korea in the mid of 1990’s and he has been Chair of Translation Verification Committee for PMBOK Guide Korean version. He has spoken at international conferences, i.e PMI, GPMF, PMAJ ,ProMAC,PMSA and CMAS as a speaker and presenter. He is currently a committee member of ISO21500 / PC236, TC258 which is for developing international standard for Project, Program and Portfolio Management.

 

He has been actively involved in training of Project Management for more than 200 times at the industry and universities, and speech through media like K-TV and contributing to newspapers and magazines on PM related topics.

 

He received  ‘Sonam Award (Project Manager of the year) ’ in 2008 by KPMA.

曹蕾女士是国家外国专家局特聘项目管理研究专家,历时8年从事大型项目计划统筹与运行组织管理,曾任职于中石油研究院,具有10多年行业项目管理经验,曾任北京奥组委总体策划部项目管理专家、北京奥运会开闭幕式项目管理专家,曾任广州亚运会特邀项目管理专家,现任亚洲沙滩运动会项目管理专家,编写北京奥运会开闭幕式项目管理收录于《中国项目管理发展报告》,编写北京奥运会项目集计划管理收录于全国工程硕士指定教材《项目管理案例》,在项目管理核心期刊发表多篇专业论文。
 
Ms. Cao Lei is special project management research expert of State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs (SAFEA). Ms. Cao used to work for the Research Institute of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), and has decade-long professional experience in industry PM, eight years of which was spent on mega project planning and execution management. She was invited as a project management expert respectively by Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee in General Planning Department and Opening and Closing Ceremony, as well as by Guangzhou Asian Games, and now invited as PM expert of Asian Beach Games. She is the author the article “Project Management Application in Beijing Olympic Games Opening and Closing Ceremony” included in China Project Management Development Report, and contributed the report of “Program Management in Beijing Olympic Games” in Project Management Case Study, a dedicated textbook for all Master of Engineering degrees in China. Her many other professional theses were also published in project management core journals.

Editorial Board member of British Journals "Bridge Engineering", "Civil Engineering Innovation" and "Management, Procurement and Laws". He was graduated from Dalian University of Science and Technology in 1956, and continued study at the same university as post-graduate in Steel Structure. He was awarded since 1992 the Government Special Allowance for outstanding contributions to the cause of education of high learning, issued by the State Council of PRC. He has been the member of Computer Application Committee of China Civil Engineering Association, Computational Mechanics Committee of The Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (CSTAM), China State Commission of Planning and Consulting Expert of China International Engineering Consulting Corporation. Danny is a seasoned I.T. executive with over 20 years in Programme Management. His project portfolio experience covers North America, Europe and Asia. He is currently the Senior I.T. Programme Manager in the Hong Kong Jockey Club (www.hkjc.com). He is responsible for Programme Management & Operations, Strategic Business Solutions. Prior to that, he was the Asia Regional IT/PMO Director in Sun Life Financial Asia Headquarter (www.sunlife.com). His responsibility covered China, Hong Kong, India, and Indonesia and the Philippines. He looked after I.T. Management, Risk & Compliance, Programme Management Office, Standards and Methodologies, Competency Development of project managers in the region.

由于科技的进步,产品生命周期愈来愈短,商业环境变动愈来愈快,特别是在客户需求一变再变的信息系统开发项目,因此敏捷项目管理因应而生,敏捷项目管理是在变动环境下使项目获利的最佳选择。敏捷项目管理虽源自信息系统开发,但已广泛的应用在非信息领域,因此全球掀起学习敏捷项目管理的热潮。

 

根据各项研究,敏捷带来的好处很多,敏捷可更强化团队成员之间的关系及与利害关系人之关系,不但团队成员的参与度和工作满意度增强,且由于经常与利害关系人频繁的互动,可更快速响应改变。经由每次递交符合客户需求的高质量产品,使利害关系人的满意度提高。因此,敏捷可降低整体成本、降低风险、且更快速上市、更快速的回收投资、有更高的投资报酬率。

 

虽然敏捷风暴席卷全球,PMI也在20121月正式推出PMI-ACP认证。但无论采用任何一种敏捷方式,都是一项大变革,如果有些地方没改变,组织的惰性会将整个公司带回到原点。从许多案例都可发现,敏捷变革要能成功,必须结合由上而下与由下而上的方式,才能获得成功。在快速变动的环境下,敏捷方式不但使项目团队成员工作更愉快,且能更符合使用者需求,以更高质量、低风险、低成本的完成项目。从许多的实务经验实证,当传统的方式已不再有成效时,进行敏捷转型是有效且值得的做法。

 

Traditional project management is limited to manage modern projects. According to PMI Agile Specification, Agile is a philosophy that uses organizational models based on people, collaboration and shared values. Agile is actually based on the solutions of the limitations of traditional project management. The use of agile as an approach to managing projects has been increasing dramatically over the last several years. 

 

PMI officially launched the PMI-ACP in January 2012. The PMI-ACP recognizes knowledge of agile principles, practices and tools and techniques across agile methodologies. The PMI-ACP can provide an opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of agile practices. The PMI-ACP is not limited to project managers or PMP®; individuals with experience working on agile project teams can apply.

 

In constantly changing environments, agile enabled project team members to cooperate smoothly, satisfy stakeholders’ demands, and complete projects in a high-quality, low-risk, and low-cost manner. Numerous previous practical experiences have verified that agile reform and transformation is a worthwhile and effective pursuit when traditional management has become ineffective.

 

许秀影博士毕业于台湾地区淡江大学资讯工程研究所博士班,现任中华项目管理学会理事长。许博士是台湾地区唯一获得PMIOPM3®组织级项目管理成熟度模式专业人士」认证者。

许博士有25年以上担任项目管理及软件系统开发领导者、管理者、顾问、开发者、作者、课程设计者及教师的经验。演讲及授课场次超过150次,培训专业人员超过5000人次,发表学术论文超过150篇。

许博士教授的领域包含项目管理、组织项目管理成熟度模式(OPM3)、软件工程、信息运筹管理(CALS)、交互式电子技术手册(IETM)、可扩展标记语言(XML)、标准通用标记语言(SGML)、统一塑模语言(UML)、多媒体系统、虚拟现实技术、程序语言、计算机基本概论、数据结构、算法及计算机制图。

 

Dr. Maggie S.Y. Hsu is the president of National Project Management Association (NPMA). She received her PH.D degree in the Institute of Information Engineering, Tamkang University, Taiwan. She is PMI OPM3® Certified Professional. She has over 25 years’ experience as a project management consultant and trainer, information system manager and developer, consultant, author, training developer and provider. She has made more than 150 presentations at professional and trade conferences and meetings. She has provided more than 150 lectures and courses and trained over 5000 project manager and specialist. She lectures in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), Software Engineering, Continuous Acquisition and Life-Cycle Support (CALS), Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), Unified Modeling Language (UML), Multimedia System, Virtual Reality, Programming Language, Basic Computer Concept, Data Structure, Algorithm, and Computer Graphics. She published over one hundred conference and journal papers, reports, and books.

"How to choose the right people to do the project manager" is confusion in the project management process of enterprise. Building competence Model of the project manager is one of the core content of talent management. The concern of the career development of the project manager is the challenges of enterprises. Based on the Project Manager Career Development Framework published by PMI, The topic focuses on the key role of project manager in project management. It shares business strategy and talent management in the organization-level project management environment, analysis of the role and position of project manager, proposed establishment of competence model for project manager to lay the foundation for their career development. 兰国胜先生是工商管理学博士,PMPPMI 会员、高级人力资源管理师。全国房地产经理人联盟理事、研究院研究员;百锐中国地产研究所高级研究员。曾就职于国家物资部、高科技上市公司和房地产行业,历任项目管理总监、研发总监、人力资源总监、副总裁等职务。参与过多项国家级项目的项目管理工作,曾管理过四个区域公司7个大项目46个子项目的项目管理工作。具有项目管理和人力资源管理专业理论知识和丰富的实操经验。

 

Mr. Lan Guosheng, Board member and Fellow of the National real estate manager Union, PhD of Business Administration, PMP, PMI member, senior human resources professional, Fellow of Bairui China Real Estate Research Institute. Mr. Zhang Shao used to work for high-tech enterprises such as Huawei and Bell Laboratories. During his employment in Nokia Siemens Networks as VoIP R&D Director, he improved the efficiency of its Beijing R&D Center Lab through operative agile management. Currently he works for Baidu New Homepage and other community product teams, and keeps active interactions within domestic agile communities. Mr. Wang Chengpeng, majored in Computer Software, was graduated from Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now he is working in Software Development Center of Shenhua InfoTech Co., Ltd, mainly responsible for IT project management for construction. Before joined Shenhua InfoTech, he worked for Lenovo Group for over 10 years. 冯为民,教授级高级工程师。现任上海宝信软件股份有限公司业务群总监,公司资深专业技术总监。

 

冯先生是能源技术业务专家,是《工业企业能源管理中心建设实施方案》的主要编撰人之一,并负责编制了上海市企业标准《冶金行业能源管理系统标准》,是宝信软件将企业能源管理中心技术从钢铁向化工、有色等行业推广的主要发起人。多年来他带领的宝信项目团队,充分利用项目管理的实践经验,成功在宝钢、马钢、湖北兴发等地实施了数十个能源管理中心项目,其中《马钢能源管理中心系统》《湖北兴发能源管理平台》项目更是成为行业能源管理中心建设的示范工程。
 
Mr. Feng Weimin, Senior Engineer of professor level, is Director of Business Group and Senior Professional Technical Director of Shanghai Baosight Software Co., Ltd.
 
Mr. Feng is an expert of Baosteel energy technology business operations. He is one of the main compliers of “Construction Plan of Energy Management Center for Industrial Companies”. He also takes charge in compiling standard of Shanghai enterprises, which is "Standard of Energy Management System for Metallurgical Industry”. Mr. Feng is main promoter of extending Baosight EMS technology from metallurgical industry to chemical industry and nonferrous metals industry. These years, Baosight project team, which is under his leadership, by making full use of practical experiences of project management, has successfully built EMS projects in tens of companies such as Baosteel, Masteel and Hubei Xingfa. In these projects, “Energy Management Center for Masteel” and “Energy Management Platform for Hubei Xingfa” become demonstration constructions of energy management center in industry.

 贺兴友先生 1997年加入中国石化,现担任石化盈科ERP事业部总经理助理,主要从事ERP、全面预算、数据仓库、物流管理、法务管理等企业管理类项目的管理和建设。2004年毕业于石油化工科学研究院化学工艺专业,获工学硕士学位。贺兴友先生拥有多年的石油石化从业经验及超过10年的IT项目管理经验。

 

Mr. He joined Sinopec in 1997. serves as General Manager's Assistant  of PCITC (Petro-CyberWorks Information Technology Co., Ltd.) ERP Department. Now he is mainly responsible for ERP, total budget management, data warehouse, logistics management, legal affairs management etc. He graduated from SINOPEC CORP. Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, major in chemical processing, received a  master's degree in 2004 . Mr. He has more than ten years management experiences of petroleum processing and IT program management.

周宏亮先生现担任惠生工程(中国)有限公司高级副总裁,主要负责公司项目管理、质量安全、设计、采购、施工等项目执行工作。周宏亮先生于2005年加入惠生公司,领导过包括中石油四川石化炼化一体化项目、中石油兰州大乙烯项目等多个大型工程项目,历任承包方项目主任、项目经理等重要职务。周宏亮先生拥有近20年的石油化工行业经验,在加入惠生之前,他曾服务于上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司和中石化宁波工程公司,担任过施工方工程师/项目经理,及赛科烯烃项目组副经理。由于长期在一线带领项目团队从事石油化工工程建设,周宏亮先生积累了丰富的项目管理实践经验和团队领导工作经验。
 
周宏亮先生毕业于辽宁石油化工大学,获得化工设备与机械学士学位,现就读于中欧国际工商学院EMBA班。
 
Mr. Zhou is Senior Vice President of Wison Engineering (China) Co., Ltd.. In his current role he is in charge of the functions of project management, construction management, quality and safety, procurement and engineering.
 
Mr. Zhou joined Wison Engineering in 2005 and has led several mega petrochemical projects at Wison as Project Director and Manager, including the PetroChina Sichuan Integrated Refining and Petrochemical complex project, the PetroChina Lanzhou Ethylene Plant Project.
 
Mr. Zhou’s experiences in the petrochemical industry spans nearly 20 years. Prior to Wison, Mr. Zhou worked as a deputy manager in the Ethylene Project Team at Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company Limited, and Project Manager with Ningbo Engineering.
 
Mr. Zhou graduated from Liaoning Shihua University (a University formerly known as the Fushun Petroleum Institute) with a bachelor’s degree in chemical equipment and machinery. He is currently taking EMBA study at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Mr. Gan Yuxi was born in Xinyang, Henan Province. He is Product Director of ZTE Corporation, graduated from Tsinghua University and attained Master Degree. He entered ZTE in 2001 and has been dedicated to railway transit communication system localization and innovation for many years.
 
Mr. Gan Yuxi has received First Prize of the 10th Outstanding Enterprise Management Modernization Award in 2000, First Prize of 2010 Guangdong Province Science and Technology Award, Ten Innovative Persons of the Railway Industry Annual Award in 2011, and etc.

田玉明先生自1988年从哈尔滨船舶工程学院毕业后,便效力于中国海洋石油总公司旗下的海洋石油工程有限公司工作。田玉明先生多年来致力于项目管理的研究和实践,并在项目管理实践中进行管理系统与项目管理过程的结合先生作为工程项目经理曾经管理多个中国和国外业主在中国海上大型海上石油开发项目。现正在担任曹妃甸单店改造项目的管理工作。从业22年以来,先生从工程设计,采购,现场施工,招投标及合同管理,运行维护的总包项目以及ERP及项目管理信息系统实施与应用等方面积累了丰富的经验。
 
Mr.Tian Yuming has worked in China Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation since graduated from Harbin Shipbuilding University in 1988. He has spent great deal of effort in project management research and training and has been able to implement project management system and processes during execution of project management. Mr. Tian has held Project Manager position for both domestic and international funding projects in China Offshore Sector and is currently Project Manager of CFD SPM revamp Project. Mr. Tian has gained rich experience in design, procurement, site installation, bidding/tending/contract management, and maintenance support areas over his 24 years solid career.

张尔泽先生是北京大学项目管理硕士, PMP,中兴能源有限公司项目管理部部长  云泰互联科技有限公司副总经理。目前负责鄂尔多斯国际绿色互联网数据中心建设项目

 

生于七十年代,十二年项目管理经验,曾供职于多家国内外知名企业,经手各类项目几十个,规模从几万元至几十亿不等。从事项目管理工作多年,抱持一个信念——将所学落于实、将所悟践于行。逐渐形成一套有别于书本的项目管理理念和方法,自觉独乐乐不如众乐乐,愿与广大同道中人交流分享。

 

Mr. Albert Zhang is Master of Project Management, PMP. He is Manager of Project Management Dep. of ZTE Energy Co.,Ltd. Deputy General Manager of Unicloud Co.,Ltd. He is currently be responsible for project construction of Ordos International Green IDC.

 

Born in the 1970s, 12 years of experience in project management, has worked in domestic and international famous corporations, during which has handled dozens of projects that size from thousands to billions RMB and has been insisting to make study and experience serve the practical purpose. Owing to the resultant force of various factors, gradually formed a new project management logos and methods that different from traditional subject matter.
